LEM-AIR BV is a Belgian, family-owned company specialized in the inspection, maintenance, repair and retrofit of cooling towers in Europe and the Middle-East.
To support the growth of our company, we are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Designer.
Responsibilities
- Design the project from A to Z, from tender phase to installation on site.
- Create manufacturing and construction drawings in 2D and 3D using AutoCAD and Fusion360.
- Select the best and most cost-effective materials and create the bill of material.
- Request and compare quotations to respect project budgets.
- Organize and follow up site erection activities.
- Detect, anticipate and solve potential issues during all phases of the project.
Profile
- Bachelor or master degree in mechanical or structural design with a good industrial technical background
- Interest in industrial projects, subcontractor relations and site follow-up
- Methodical, accurate and attentive to detail
- Able to prioritize and organize work
- Customer-oriented communicator
- French or Dutch speaker with a good command of the other national language and English
