LEM-AIR BV is a Belgian, family-owned company specialized in the inspection, maintenance, repair and retrofit of cooling towers in Europe and the Middle-East. We provide total solutions to industrial customers. To support the growth of our company, we are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Project Engineer.
Responsabilités
As a Project Engineer, you provide engineering and management support for industrial maintenance and
refurbishment projects, as well as new installations. The diversity of the tasks will offer you a varied job,
autonomy, and increasing responsibility.
Vos principales missions incluent notamment :
- Engineering the project from A to Z : from tender phase to installation on site.
- Selecting solutions, contacting subcontractors, requesting and comparing quotations to respect
budgets, … - Organizing, initiating and following-up the site erection activities.
- Negotiating during all phases of the project with the aim to achieve entire end-user’s satisfaction
at optimal cost. - Detecting, anticipating and solving potential issues during all phases of the project.
Profil
- You have a Structural, Electro-Mechanical or Chemical Engineering diploma in and have a good
- disposez d’un solide bagage technique industriel ;
- You enjoy designing a project, including the relation with sub-contractors and the follow-up on
site - Vous travaillez de manière méthodique et précise, avec le souci du détail et le respect des délais ;
- Vous êtes capable de prioriser et d’organiser efficacement votre charge de travail ;
- Vous communiquez facilement et êtes orienté(e) client ;
- Vous maîtrisez MS Office et les outils informatiques en général ;
- You are a Dutch speaker with a good command of French and English, or
you are French speaker with a good command of Dutch and English.
