LEM-AIR is a Belgian family-owned company with over 15 years of experience. We specialize in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of cooling towers. To support our growth and strengthen our team, we are looking for new colleagues.
🎯 Your role
As a Site Technician, you are at the heart of the action, carrying out maintenance work on some of the largest industrial sites across Europe. You work closely with the supervisor and the project manager to ensure all activities are carried out safely and on schedule.
👤 Your profile
✅ You are proactive, organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team
✅ You have hands-on experience and solid technical skills
✅ You hold a valid category B driving license
✅ You enjoy travelling: assignments usually last a full week, with departure on Monday and return on Friday

A plus (but not required)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Experience with lifting equipment (manitou, telescopic cranes, aerial work platforms)
• VCA safety certificate
